Went to the gym yesterday for a group spin with a very energetic leader... OMG my ass today! Can hardly sit... well, well... and I decided that based on yesterdays painful experience I have to go to a bodypump session today. I'm in a ridiculous bad shape :)
Now, lunch with my sister and all the kids! :)
