Damn, this is a good workout! Especially with that instructor, she really worked us hard. Uppercuts, hooks, liver punches and frontal kicks. And damn... You don't wanna be in front of The Donnas foot when she kicks! The Engineer flew a few meters for every kick, despite bracing and a big pillow-thing for protection. For some reason, The Engineer has soar muscles between the shoulder blades and nowhere else.. Strange.
